The Regional Affairs Unit takes charge of the conceptualization and leads thee inter-agency coordination with all the National Government Agencies and Stakeholders across all the provinces of Region 8. They provide general guidance on goals and supervision of execution while ensuring a diverse delegate representation of youth in the summit.
The Logistics Unit is in charge of the overall practical aspects of RYLPS 2021. This includes the securing of venues, organize transportations, storage of goods, and general property and management of the summit.

The Finance Unit is responsible in managing and obtaining the requisite funding according to the mission and goals of RYLPS 2021. This includes partnerships, resource mobilization, and accounting the funds.
The Program Unit assures that there is an established well-structured program for the whole duration of the event. They ensure quality content of the summit by working closely with other units, partners, and resource persons.

The Communications Unit handles all the external coordination of RYLPS 2021 in general and with other organizations. They are tasked to create an inclusive and functional workforce. Their responsibilities and duties include handling and updating of social media accounts, multimedia production, publication materials, and website development.

The Delegate Relations Unit is responsible in managing and attending all the concerns of the delegates. They ensure that the event is accessible and inclusive to a broad spectrum of youth leaders.

Research and Legal Affairs Unit
The Research and Legal Affairs Unit must produce the Philippine Alliance of Youth Advocates for Peace Action (PAYAPA) Plan 2022 containing all the Action Plan from different stakeholders playing a vital role in keeping the region safe, peaceful, drug-free, and insurgence-free. This includes the Regional Youth Statement on Peace and Order, and the Regional KKDAT Action Plan 2022.
